摘    要:“三农”是指按照传统习惯生活和耕作的农村、农业和农民。我国是一个农业大国,13亿人口,9亿多农村剩余劳动力。因此,“三农”问题是党和国家始终十分关注的重大问题。教育是解决“三农”问题的根本。根据新时期农业和教育发展趋势,针对“三农”教育存在的问题,应构建符合我国国情和社会发展要求的“三农”教育新体系,明确各个教育层面在“三农”教育体系中的地位及作用。

Abstract:The three agricultural problems in modern China are intended upon the countryside, agriculture and farmers still living in a long-formed conventional mode in modern China. China is a large agricultural nation with over 900 million laid off labour force in the countryside of the total population of 1.3 billion. So, the Three Agricultural Problems has long been given a special concern by the Communist Party and the central government. As education is the key to solving these agricultural problems in modern China, this thesis, on the basis of researching the latest trend of Chinese agricultural and educational formula which might keep up with the reality and development in modern Chinese society; furthermore, it has pointed out, what role each level in this new educational formula plays and what positon each level possesses.
