俄罗斯班主任制探析

摘    要:班主任在俄罗斯中小学扮演着重要角色,尤其在思想品德教育、协调校内外关系方面负有重要责任。文章对俄罗斯班主任制的发展历史进行了回顾,对当今俄罗斯班主任制概况及其新特点进行了评介。当今俄罗斯班主任制与苏联时期有继承关系,同时也吸收了国外(西方)的若干经验,并有所创新,对我国中小学班级建设有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The head teacher(or teacher in charge of class) plays an important role in Russia’s ordinary schools,which is responsible for the ideological cultivation and the coordination between internal and external relation of the school.This article looks back into the origin and history of the system in former USSR,and then analyzes its general situation and new features at current Russia.The present system inherits or absorbs experiences both of Soviet period and the western,and creates some new features,that can be learned by other educators.
