| 摘 要： | 林则徐在长期的荒政实践中,以“以事功取人”,“以才取人”为指导,相当注重人才的选拔、使用,他不拘一格奖掖后学,寄予厚望,为自己荒政事业的“薪尽火传”创造条件。其独特的用人、育人及识人并委以重任的思想,不仅为他创下辉煌的政绩,而且对当今社会灾救工作的顺利进展也有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Among the long - term neglecting policy practice, with the guidance of "judge people by their achievements and successes" and "judge people by their ability", Lin Zexu paid more attention to choosing and using talents. He unrestrictedly placed great expectations to a pattern of learning after rewarding and promoting, which created the terms for his work of "as one piece of fuel is consumed, the flame passes to another" . His thought of choosing the right talents, then educating them and entrusting them with an important task, not merely created the brilliant achievements for him, but also provides important reference meanings to social calamity rescue work nowadays. |
