| 摘 要： | 在啦啦队教学训练中采用探究性学习方式，处理学生自主学习与教师指导的关系。强调学生要倾听教师指导外，更重要的是强调教师要帮助学生，重视学生在探究学习过程中的学习体验和互动感受，使学生产生积极的学习思考，引导学生和学生之间的相互交流与合作，培养学生创新思维、教学能力、创编能力，提高啦啦队教学训练质量，调动学生学习过程中的能动性和创造力。
