| 摘 要： | 将CRITIC法和因子分析法相结合,通过"邻差矩阵"的引入,构建考虑专家信度的科技成果立体式综合评价模型。实证分析表明,该模型能减少科技成果评价工作中人为操纵因素的影响,具有可操作性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the CRITIC method and factor analysis method to construct the three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model in science and technological achievements considering the expert reliability.Empirical analysis shows the model can reduce the man-made factors in science and technological achievements evaluation.Meanwhile,the model also has operational and practical value. |
