| 摘 要： | 分析体育全球化及其对我国传统武术文化的影响。认为我国传统武术文化应弘扬的要素为:人与自然的和谐统一;练神与练形的和谐统一;培养人的和谐意识;抑其太过的心理保健价值。应抛弃的糟粕为:传统武术蕴涵的交感思维方式;具有巫术神秘色彩的武术传说。

| Abstract: | Sports globalization and its influence on traditional Wushu culture of our country were analyzed.It considers that the essential elements of the Chinese traditional Wushu culture which ought to be carried forward include: harmony and unification of human beings and nature,harmony and unification of exercising spirit and exercising shape,cultivating human beings' harmonious consciousness and restraining its too high value of psychological health care;while Wushu cultural dross that should be rejected are as follows: the sympathetic thinking mode contained by traditional Wushu and Wushu hearsay tinged with mystery of sorcery. |
