| 摘 要： | 基金管理费是基金投资者和基金管理人签订合同合约时的重要纽带,在发达国家,收取固定费率的管理费和收取激励费的管理费是两种最常用的方式.但在实践中,绝大多数基金的管理费都是按照固定费率收取的.根据国外的经验,本文通过分析认为,固定费率的收取方式是有其优点的,并由此提出改进我国基金管理费收取方式的若干建议.

| Abstract: | The management fees of funds have two measures,one is fixed rate and the other is incentive fees.In practice,the management fees of majority funds are withdrawn to a fixed rate.According to analyzing the external successful experiences,the writer deems that the fixed rate management fees have some merit.The paper also puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of management fees of funds in our country. |
