| 摘 要： | 可再生能源由于其特有的资源和环境优势,已成为发达国家能源战略的重要组成部分和实现低碳经济发展模式的重要途径.我国可再生能源产业处于起步阶段,较高的投资成本使其在市场机制环境下无力与常规能源竞争,定价问题已成为严重制约可再生能源产业发展的瓶颈.本文基于可持续发展观的自然资源边际机会成本定价理论,分析可再生能源资价值的构成要素,通过建立动态模型分析可再生能源与可耗竭能源之间存在的替代关系、替代条件,进一步论证了可再生能源价值的三个构成要素,并给出了每个要素的计算模型,完善了可再生能源价值与定价理论模型;最后提出了促进可再生能源产业发展的政策建议.
