| 摘 要： | 高职体系的建立与完善对其发展和变革而言至关重要，围绕这个问题出现了体系之争，其焦点是：本科层次的高职要不要发展及如何发展。从综合分析及国际比较的结果来看，可以得出以下结论和启示：本科层次高职是必不可少的；课程框架不应当是普通高等教育加加减减的结果；要以课程为核心，以标准来衡量办学层次。允许机构多样化。

| Abstract: | The System of Higher Vocational and Technical Education is key to its reform and development.There is argument on what kind of system HVTE need.Many scholars focus on the question of whether the 4-year HVTE should develop or not and how to develop.We can conclude from the results of comprehensive analysis and world comparison: 1.It's necessary to have 4-year HVTE;and there are 3 types in the world.2.The development of above 4-year HVTE comes into being when higher education is massing and technology is impelling the economical development.3.The curricula framework cannot be the result of adding or reducing some courses based on general higher educational curricula.4.The system should look upon curricula as the core,and measure everything with standards. |
