| 摘 要： | 采用问卷、访谈与文献法，对韶关学院与广东省高校学生参加课外体育活动的现状进行了调查，结果发现，两者对体育活动在兴趣，健身、调节心理与娱乐等方面存在差异。在此基础上进行了对比分析，提出了相应的改进措施与建议。

| Abstract: | A survey is made of the students' after-class activities in Shaoguan University and other universities in Guangdong Province,by combining such means as questionnaires,interviews and literature reviews.The investigation reveals that Shaoguan University students show different interest in physical activities,and that they have a different understanding of physical activities' roles in keeping fit,regulating mentality and amusement.A contrastive analysis is thereby made,on basis of which measures and suggestions are put forward for improvement. |
