| 摘 要： | 吸取系统工程的精髓,把轮机设备、管理人员和内外环境看作一个整体,不仅研究以机器为主的物质系统,还研究以人为主的社会系统及环境的影响.通过管理优化保证航行安全和防止海洋污染,并运用系统工程方法探讨现代轮机管理系统的建模.

| Abstract: | The essence of the system engineering is absorbed and the engine machine, manager, the inside and outside environmen is regarded as an integral. The material system as well as the influence of the social system on humans and the environment is studied. The management is optimized to ensure safe navigation and prevent ocean from pollution, and the method of the system engineering is used to establish a model of modern marine engineering management. |
