| 摘 要： | 目前我国的行政听证程序的适用范围过窄,应予扩大,不仅要在行政处罚领域扩大听证的适用范围,还要从行政处罚扩大到其它具体行政行为,甚至在相当一部分抽象行政行为中也要适用听证程序。
