摘    要:教学设计和教学系统开发是教育技术中最成熟,对教学实际贡献最大的领域.在国际远程教育界,对远程教学设计与教学系统开发的研究已取得重要理论成果.各国远程教学设计与教学系统开发目前呈现三大特征:教学要素的扩展与重组、课程资源开发与学习支助服务、远程教与学创新模式.进人网络教育时代以来,网络远程教育出现办学主体多样化与教育形态及其课程设置多样化的发展趋势,这就需要探索一种新的网络远程教育形态及相关的课程设置分类.旨在对不同形态网络远程教育的系统开发与课程设置提供分类指导.

Abstract:Instructional design and instruction system development is the most mature and contributory field in education technology. Internationally in this field, significant theoretical achievements has been made by such scholars as B. Holmberg, C. Wedemeyer, M. Moore and J. Daniel, and three main features can be identified: the extension and recombination of instruction elements, the development of course resources and learning supportive service, and the innovative mode of distance instruction and learning. In the online education era, distance education assumes such new trends as the diversification of school running institutes, form of education as well as curriculum design, which requires the exploration of a new online distance education form and relevant curriculum classification to guide its development.
