摘    要:课程生态观是新时期人们审视与反思课程发展的一种观念的变革,它充分考虑了人与课程的关系,并以促进学生的健康成长为宗旨。课程观的转变必然要求教师角色的转变相伴,在教师由领导者向看护者、局外者向参与者、教育者向学习者转变的过程中,教师和学生都能够得到共同的发展。

Abstract:The ecological ideology of curriculum is a change of ideology when people look closely at and ponder over the curriculum's development in the new stage. It fully considers the relation between human being and curriculum, further more its purpose is to promote students to grow up healthy and soundly. The ideology of curriculum inevitably changes with the change of teacher's role. Teachers and students can both gain joint development when teachers are changing from a leader to a guider, an outsider to a participator, and an educator to a learner.
