| 摘 要： | 对中华人民共和国开基创业时期群众体育演进的历程、社会背景、特点和规律进行了研究.结果表明:在党和政府的重视下,我国的群众体育在建国初期极其困难的条件下掀起了第一次高潮.在体育设施的兴建、体育骨干的培养和体育活动的开展等方面都取得了较大的成就.这一阶段群众体育的价值观带有强烈的改变民族形象,为生产和国防建设服务的色彩.群众体育的初步开展,使我国的国民体质得到了迅速改善.但由于建国初期的客观现实,使群众体育不能体现出满足个性需要的特点.

| Abstract: | The development course, social background, characteristics and laws of the mass sport in the early days of the establishment of the People's Republic of China were studied. The results showed that although there were great difficulties at that time mass sports activities were on the first upsurge because the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government had paid much attention to them. Great achievements were gained in the aspects of the construction of sports facilities, the cultivation of sports core members and the development of physical activities. In this period the value concept of mass sport was to change the visualization of the nation and to serve the production and the national defence construction. At the beginning of the mass sport development the Chinese people's physique was improved rapidly. But due to the objective reality in the early days of the establishment of the People' Republic of China the mass sport could not meet the needs of personality. |
