浅谈设计师与服装企业的关系

摘    要:设计是一种文化,服装设计是将设计文化注入产品之中,形成物质和精神的总体。所谓名牌服装就是这种文化的不断延伸和扩张。因此,设计师在企业,特别是那些生产成衣的大型企业中的地位至关重要。能否使设计文化渗入品牌之中,实质性地塑造一个品牌,其运作环境尤为重要。作为企业的经营者,不但要聘用优秀的设计师,更重要的是为他们创造一个宽松的运作环境。总之,塑造一个品牌或改善一个品牌,需设计师与企业携手笄,共同努力。

Abstract:Fashion design is a kind of culture, as it puts culture to the garment product and is a combination of matter and spirit. The so-called famous brand is an constant extension of this culture. As we know, the fashion designer plays a vital part in a garment enterprise,especially those producing ready-made garments.Besides, to create a famous brand and to put the culture into the brand, it is also very important for the designer to have a good working environment. Therefore, being a manger of a garment enterprise, one should attach much importance to these two factors. The success of a brand depends on the cooperation of the fashion designer and the enterprise.
