| 摘 要： | 本文运用组织行为学的有关理论。对高校后勤社会化改革过程中迫切需要解决和理顺的组织结构进行研究。提出了组织结构重组是高校后勤企业体制改革与机制创新的必然要求．在借鉴现代企业制度组织结构建设和高校普遍采用的组织结构模式的基础上，提出了高校后勤企业组织结构创新模式。科学合理的组织结构为企业生存和发展提供了坚实的平台。
