| 摘 要： | 健全和完善学籍档案的管理，加强学籍档案信息资源的开发和利用，对高校教育教学秩序的稳定，教育教学质量的提高，学校良好风气的形成，培养目标和培养规格的实现，向社会输送全面发展的新型建设人才等起着重要的保证作用，因此，档案工作者要更新观念，提高管理水平，搞好高校学籍档案的管理工作，确保学籍档案齐全完整、真实规范。

| Abstract: | Perfecting the management method of the archive of school roll, enhancing the development and use of information resources play a very important guarantee role to the stability of teaching order , the improvent of teaching quality ,the formation of good mood ,the realization of culture aim and culture standards ,the transportation of new personnel to the society. Therefore, archivel worker needs to renew opinions, improve management level ,build management work to ensure the archive of school roll's perfection and standards. |
