| 摘 要： | 随着体育社团的发展,当前"管控型"的登记审批制度阻碍了体育社团法律主体地位的认可,导致民间体育社团无法注册并获得合法的地位。应该改革体育社团主体资格认定制度,确立以直接向登记管理机关申请登记为原则、以业务主管单位前置审查为例外的注册登记管理制度。

| Abstract: | With the development of sports associations, the current “control type”inthe registration and approval system hindered the recognition of sports association legalstatus of the body, resulting in folk sports organizations cannot register and obtain legal status. Sports association should be reformed subject qualification system, establishing adirect application to the registration authority to register to the principle of pre-review of the business unit in charge of registration as an exception management system. |
