| 摘 要： | 随着国家“中部崛起”战略的提出及一系列政策的出台,相信中部经济会像西部一样开始升温。但是内因是决定事物发展方向的主要因素,所以中部地区在有效利用国家已有政策的同时,审时度势,探寻适合自己的经济发展方式便成为必然。当今经济中资本市场的作用突显,并有逐年加大的趋势,所以建设和完善区域性科技资本市场,利用资本市场做大做强企业,亦不失为中部崛起的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The development of the central area of China will accelerate as that of the west of China under the policy of rising of the central area of China as well as a series of other policies.But internal reason is the leading factor in determining the movements of things,so it is natural for the central area of China to search its own way of development right now while benefiting from the policies of the authority effectively.Nowadays the performance of the capital market is extraordinarily obvious and is still increasing.Then it is an effective means of constructing and improving the regional capital market of science and making firm bigger and stronger through capital market for the central area of China in order to get a prosperous economy. |
