摘    要:对百农矮抗58、郑麦366、郑麦7698进行11种剂量的MST种子活力剂拌种处理,分别稀释0(CK)、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50倍,研究不同稀释倍数下MST种子活力剂对小麦种子活力及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:稀释5~50倍的MST种子活力剂均能提高小麦种子发芽指数、活力指数;拌种后幼苗干重、根系鲜重、根系干重、苗高、根系长度显著增加;以稀释30~35倍的MST种子活力剂拌种提高种子活力效果最显著。研究结果为提高小麦种子活力播前拌种处理技术提供了理论参考和技术支撑。

Abstract:Bainong AK58,Zhengmai 366,and Zhengmai 7698 seeds were processed by 11 kinds of concentrations of MST activator and used to study the effects of MST activator with different diluted concentrations on seed vigor and seedling growth in wheat.Moreover,the diluted concentrations of MST activator were 0 times (CK),5 times,10 times, 15 times,20 times,25 times,30 times,35 times,40 times,45 times,50 times,respectively.The result showed that MST activator not only improve the wheat seed germination index,vigor index but also improve seedling dry weight,root fresh weight, root dry weight,seedling height,root length which diluted 5 to 50 times.However,the seed vigor increased most significantly with the diluted concentrations of 30 to 35 times.Research results provides theoretical reference and technical support to improve the vitality of wheat seeds before sowing seed dressing treatment technology.
