| Abstract: | With a history of thousands of years, Wushu has become a wonderful work of traditional cultures in China. Because of its unique cultural charm, Wushu has increasingly demonstrated its fascination and ways to keep good health as the world develops. By analyzing its social value, this article tries to make people know and love Wushu and make a contribution to the spreading of our traditional cultural essence. |
