| 摘 要： | 为了了解企业信息化建设投入是不足还是浪费,文章首先提出了信息化契合度这一概念。然后,建立了信息化契合度评测指标体系。此后,利用ZM公司的调查数据运用模糊层次分析法对ZM公司进行了信息化契合度的实证分析。最后找出了导致ZM企业信息化契合度较低的各个因素,并针对这些因素给出了改善的建议。
