| Abstract: | The paper has systematically analyzed the course of knowledge flow used Information Space model which is put forward by Boisot in allusion to the deficiency of SECI model.Furthermore,we have discussed the nature of knowledge flow and knowledge's creation and transformation during the course of knowledge flow. |
