| Abstract: | Teacher appraisal is an important part of the construction of teachers,teacher evaluation policy,one of the basic policies of human resource management of teachers,it is profound and extensive for guiding and encouraging the role of teachers.Baded on the depth analysis and research of current teacher evaluation policy problems,to propose specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of teacher assessment and to further improve China's teacher evaluation policy is necessary. |
