| 摘 要： | 中国竞技体育的崛起是在一定的管理体制下进行的，管理体制既是中国竞技体育崛起的现实前提，也是中国竞技体育的运行载体，它关系到中国竞技体育的成败得失。中华人民共和国成立以后，在很短的时间内就基本上建立了较完备的体育管理体制。制度是流，价值是源。中国政治体制的基本形态决定着竞技体育管理体制的制度安排。

| Abstract: | The rising process of Chinese competitive athletics is under a certain management system.The management system is not only the realistic premise but also a carrier.It is related to the success or failure of Chinese competitive athletics.After the People's Republic of China established,it built up the athletic management system in very short time.The system is a stream,and the value is its source.The basic pattern of our national political system is related to decides the system arrangement of the athletic management system. |
