| 摘 要： | 运动员是体育人力资源中最核心的部分，优秀职业运动员在体育市场流动过程中存在着“马太效应”。它作为市场机制的一种体现，既有积极作用，又有消极影响。研究职业运动员流动过程中的“马太效应”，将有助于政策制定者趋利避害，对促进体育产业化进程具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The athletes are the most important core of sports manpower resource. The Matthew Effect exists in the process of the letterman flowage in sports market, and plays not only positive but also negative roles as an embodiment of marketing mechanism. It is very helpful for the policy-maker to study the Matthew Effect of the professional athletes' flowage. |
