| Abstract: | Zhang Junmai, Father of constitution in China, praised highly the Weimar Constitution, the most prefect constitution at that time. Zhang Junmai exclaimed in the system construction of the Weimar Constitution, but he thought the political spirits of the Weimar Constitution were unification, neutrality of the national view and parliamentary politics which touched him. |
