大孔径油缸珩磨头及支承设计

摘    要:为适应煤矿机械向大型化发展,发挥单一孔径珩磨机的生产潜能,解决大孔径油缸的珩磨问题,设计了大孔径油缸的珩磨头及配套支承装置;各种规格珩磨头采用统一本体及锥芯,通过调节油石座厚度达到要求尺寸;支承装置采用两轴承支承,支承中心距及高度均可调节,结构简单,成本低,较好地解决了大孔径油缸珩磨加工问题。

Abstract:To meet the need of large scale development of coal mine machinery industry and tap the production potential of unitary-diameter honing machine, we propose special honing heads as well as its auxiliary supporting sets to solve the problem of big diameter oil cylinder honing processing. The honing heads are compatible with the horizontal bed of honing machine. The bodies of all the honing heads are standardized, so are the awl cores. The requirement of the diameter size can be reached by adjusting oilstone's thickness. We adopt two bearing supporting sets, so both the heart-distance and the central-high are adjustable. This device is simple, cheap and easy to use.
