| 摘 要： | 本文首先阐述了影视作品的法律界定、影视剧作品的著作权归属,然后分析影视剧作品相关主体之间的法律关系特别是编剧、制片人、原创作者等;最后对国内外关于影视剧著作权的法律规定进行比较,同时提出建议以明确著作权的归属,完善我国的相关法律制度。

| Abstract: | This article first expounds the legal definition of film and television works, and the copyright ownership -of film and television works, and then analyzes the legal relationship of related main bodies especially that of writers, producers, etc. Finally, it compares the legal definitions of film and television works copyright both at home and abroad, and puts forward suggestions in order to clarify the ownership of the copyright and perfect the system of law in our country. |
