| 摘 要： | 退役运动员由于自身素质与能力的不足,加之社会变革和退役运动员就业保障制度的不完善,导致在就业竞争中陷入困境。研究认为:应改变以往只注重运动成绩的"单一发展观",要确立以"终身发展"为核心的运动员培养的观念,加强优秀运动员的培养体制的改革;结合运动员自身情况,加强对运动员的文化课教育,实施退役运动员的职业技能培训制度;建立各种健全的退役运动员的再就业保障制度,以及颁布相关的法律法规等问题是今后为退役运动员解决就业难的重要着力点。

| Abstract: | Because of insufficiency of retired athletes＇ quality and ability and imperfection of retired athletes employment security system, the retired athletes have difficulties in getting employment. The research shows that change only paying attention to the ＂single development concept＂ of sport grade in the past, to establish ＂lifelong development＂ as the core of the athletes of the training of the concept, strengthening the training of elite athletes system reform; To take the market economy as the guide, in order to achieve full employment for the purpose. Athletes should strengthen their culture education. Implementation of the retired athletes occupation skill training system. To establish a variety of round reemployment of retired athletes security system, and the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations is an important focal point for retired athletes in the future to solve the difficult employment. |
