| 摘 要： | 日本的产学官合作被世人公认为当今职业教育成功的范例，日本政府为了保证产学官合作的顺利开展，做了大量的工作，如加强教育立法、提供财政支持、创办中介机构等。当前我国高职校企合作还存在诸多困境，如何发挥政府在校企合作中的积极作用，日本政府主导下的产学官合作的经验对我国高职校企合作提供了重要的启示和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Industry-academy-government collaboration in Japan is recognized as a successful example of today＇ s vo- cational education. In order to ensure the industry-academy-government cooperation to develop smoothly, Japanese government did a lot of work, such as strengthening education legislation, providing financial support, and setting up intermediary institutions. Currently, for the lack of government＇ s active role, there still exist many difficulties in school-enterprise cooperation in China＇ s higher vocational education. The experience from the industry-academy-gov- ernment collaboration guided by the Japanese government provides important inspiration and reference to the school- enterprise cooperation of China＇ s higher vocational colleges. |
