| 摘 要： | “契约”最早是纯粹的经济学概念，但在两千多年的发展进程中，其概念外延被丰富拓展到政治、法律、道德等层面。时至今日，我们提取契约论有价值的部分进行重塑，用于治理当前的学术不端行为。即应以作者的道德自律为前提的书面契约和以学报编辑的工作执行力为保证的心理契约两方面。

| Abstract: | The ＂contract＂ first was purely economic concept, but in the development process of two thousand years, its concept extension has been extended to the political, legal, moral and other aspects. Today, we remodeling the valuable parts of the contract theory, for governing the current academic miscon- duct, namely, written contract based on the author＇s moral self-discipline and psychological contract based on journal editor＇s the execution of work for zuarantee. |
