| 摘 要： | 分析师生双向交流互访、合作开展人才培养、合作进行师资培训等闽台高职院校主要交流合作形式。指出闽台高职院校交流合作存在的问题，如台湾对大陆学历承认的范围小，台湾高校过于关注大陆赴台学习的学生数量，大陆高职院校对台湾优质资源的认识与引进不够充分，福建省高职院校对赴台学生的管理力度有待加强等。提出要加快《福建省促进闽台职业教育合作条例》出台步伐，拓宽闽台高职院校专本对接的途径，探索闽台高职院校合作办学渠道，借鉴台湾技职本科院校的办学经验等对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the major ways of cross strait communication between teachers and students as well as cooperation between talent cultivation and teacher training among Fujian and Taiwan＇ s vo cational colleges, some problems were pointed out as follows： mainland diplomas were not well received e nough in Taiwan ; Taiwan counterparts weighed too much on the number of students to study in Taiwan ; main land vocational colleges didn＇ t fully recognize or make full use of the resources to be offered by Taiwan ; and more actions need to be taken in administration of the students to study in Taiwan. Thereby it is moved that Regulations on Advancing Fujian Taiwan Vocational Educational Cooperation should be soon officially intro duced to broaden the sphere of cooperation between colleges and universities among vocational colleges in Fu jian and Taiwan and more ways of collegiate cooperative education cross the strait should be aroused. Besides, it is significant to take Taiwan＇ s technical and vocational colleges＇ managing experience and strategies for cross strait communication as reference. |
