| Abstract: | This paper reports the findings of the current situation of CSR information disclosure in China from the investigation and analysis of the separate CSR reports, the public corporations' annual reports,the website annual reports,and the web site columns of top 100 Chinese companies,then puts forward several suggestions to promote CSR information disclosure in China. |
