| 摘 要： | 随着大学英语听说能力受到重视，口语课堂教学的过程中出现诸多问题。然而影响学生英语口语学习成功的因素有很多，设计到制度、人员、组织等很多的方面。本文着重分析了教师和学生这两个主要因素及其提出了如何促进英语口语课堂教学的建议和方法。

| Abstract: | Since great importance has been attached to listening and speaking skills in college English, some problems arose.in oral English teaching. However, there exist many factors influencing successful oral English teaching and learning, such as system, people, organization, etc. This article analyses two main factors teachers and students in oral English teaching. In addition, it presents the suggestions to improve oral English teaching in college. |
