| 摘 要： | 蓝色经济的兴起和发展给海洋渔业带来了前所未有的发展机遇,然而我国现行海洋渔业立法存在的不足也使其面临挑战,分析概括日本、欧盟渔业法律体系的构建经验及其对我们的启示,关注渔业产业政策动向,建立属于我们自己的渔业法律体制,能够确保并推动整个蓝色经济产业朝着正确的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Blue economic boom has brought unprecedented opportunities for the marine fisheries development,but the defects in the existing marine fisheries legislation make it face challenges.By analysing and summarizing fisheries legal system construction experience in Japan and the EU and inspirations to us,concerning about the fisheries industry policy trends,we can build our own system of fisheries laws to ensure and promote the develooment of the whole bule economic industry in the right direction. |
