| 摘 要： | 综合素质高的物流人才是促进我国物流产业发展的主要力量,作为物流专业人才培养的课程之一《商务礼仪》,在物流人才综合素质培养中起着重要作用.笔者就高职院校物流管理专业《商务礼仪》课程建设中存在的问题,从课程设置、教学条件、教学模式以及师资水平四个方面进行了分析,并有针对性的提出了提升建议.
