| 摘 要： | 创新创业教育与文秘专业教育的结合，需要在文秘专业的人才培养目标中加入创新创业的内容，需要在现有文秘专业课程体系中融入关于创新创业教育的基础课程、专业课程和实践活动课程。可以采用课程目标任务一体化、课堂教学和实践教学相结合、第一课堂和第二课堂相结合的教学模式，并采用培训、引进等方式加强师资队伍建设，同时需要在学分、教材等方面加强教学管理。

| Abstract: | Innovation educataon is ot great witality the secretary major, it needs to be embodied in the objective of education, and in the curriculum in terms of the basic courses, specialized courses and hand-on courses; it can be realized by integration of the course target and task, by integrating in-class delivery and our-of-class practice, and by enriching extracur- ricular activities; and it can be guaranteed by faculty preparation such as introduction of new qualified teachers and training of some teachers at work, and by reinforced management of credits and textbooks. |
