| Abstract: | Teachers drain is closely related to the school culture which is mainly composed of democratic leadership and teachers cooperation.The article suggests that disadvantageous schools reconstruct the campus culture through fostering the presidential democracy and the teachers collaborative atmosphere to push the advance of the underdeveloped schools. |
