| Abstract: | Confronting learners with thought-provoking questions in a challenging and fascinating situation is required for starting a good students' inquiry and promote it into further steps. This paper describes the inquiry provoked by an "unexpected" phenomenon. It illustrates how valuable of such an activity in the sense of both the student's emotional involvement and their intellectual engagement. |
