| 摘 要： | 校企合作培养教师是拉动“双师型”教师队伍建设的主渠道，能达到校企双赢。高职院校在校企合作中必须发挥主导作用，主动与企业沟通，为合作创造良好的条件。校企合作培养“双师型”教师可以作为校企合作的桥梁和突破口，带动校企合作深入发展。

| Abstract: | The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the main way of fostering the construction of Dual Functional Teachers, with the win-win result. Higher vocational colleges should play the leading role in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, communicate with enterprises and lay solid foundation for the cooperation. The training of Dual Functional Teachers can serve as the bridge of the cooperation and the breakthrough of the development. |
