| 摘 要： | 公共关系建设和发展不仅需要社会组织与其公众之间的沟通协调,更需要伦理道德的支撑。当代中国公共关系活动中的诚信缺失有其深刻的历史和现实根源。诚信是公共关系的底线伦理。充分发挥公共关系诚信对整个社会诚信建设的示范引导作用,积极推动传统诚信的现代转型是现代公共关系持续发展的必然要求,也是我国精神文明建设的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The construction and development of public relations need communication and co-ordination between organization and the public,as well as supports from moralities.There is a source,historical and realistic,for the lack of honesty in Chinese public relation.The ethical bottom line of public relation is honesty that is a good example for social honesty.Promoting the transition of traditional honesty to modern one is a requirement of a sustainable development of modern public relation,which is also the choice for China＇s spirit civilization. |
