| 摘 要： | 本文首先回顾了价值链研究的发展历程，然后基于企业竞争格局和竞争环境的巨大变化，指出传统的物质价值链（Physical Value Chain）理论所存在的主要缺陷，最后试图提出虚拟价值链（Virtual Value Chain）理论是适合现代企业竞争环境和竞争条件的，是对传统物质价值链理论的重大突破，是价值链理论研究的新发展。

| Abstract: | In the essay, the author firstly looked back the history of value chain; then based on the competitive pattern of enterprises and the great changes of the competitive environment, pointed out that the main weak points of traditional Physical Value Chain; at last he attempted to propose that the theory of Virtual Value Chain is fit for competitive environment for modern enterprises, which is also a great breakthrough to the traditional theory, as well as a development to the research. |
