| 摘 要： | 本文针对学生在校意外受伤而引起的民事诉讼案件, 指出学校不是在校学生的监护人, 只要学校没有过错责任, 在校学生受到伤害, 学校不应承担民事责任及经济赔偿。

| Abstract: | The paper addresses to the civil lawsuit cases arising from the accidental injuries to the school undergraduates and points out that schools are not the guardians of the students.The author hotds that as long as there is no negligence liability on the school part,the school shall have no obligation to take the civil responsibilities and economic compensations resulting from the injuring incidents occurred to the school students. |
