| 摘 要： | 党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础，是社会发展的组织者、推动者扣实践者。作为高校，我们所培养的学生不仅是社会主义事业未来的建设者和接班人，更是一个流动的知识群体，他们的流动性决定了学生党员的流动性，同时也决定了发展学生党员的重要性。“网格化管理组团式服务”与学生党建工作相结合，将以一种新的培养模式为高校学生党建工作服务。

| Abstract: | The grass-root organization of the party is the foundation of the workforce,the organizer,pusher and practitioner of the social development.The students are the constructor and successor of the socialist cause,and a flowing intellectual group as well.This makes students party members flowing and cultivating them important.Network Management and Group-service,combines with students party members cultivation,is a new service model in this regard. |
