| 摘 要： | 班级是学生成长生活的主要关系体，一个班级的良好人际关系包括师生关系、同学之间的关系、教师与家长的关系等。本论文主要从我国班级人际关系的现状入手，分析了现实班级人际关系存在的主要问题，并在此基础上探讨了如何创建班级良好人际关系。

| Abstract: | A class is the major unit for students to live and study.Good personal relation within a class includes the relation between teachers and students,that among students and that between teachers and students' parents,etc.The paper,based on the native class personal relation status quo within a class,analyses and deals with the main problems existed in the class relation. |
