| 摘 要： | 民国初年,教育与职业不沟通成为职业教育界亟待解决的重要问题,职业指导作为一种新的职业教育方式被职业教育界寄予厚望而引入我国,这一时期的职业指导坚持以人为本的指导原则、注重建立专业的职业指导机构、注重调查职业状况和学生个性,采用多种实施方法,对民国时期的社会进步和教育发展产生了深远影响。

| Abstract: | In the early period of the Republic of China,the unconnection between education and vocation had become an important problem needing to be solved immediately in the area of vocational education.Thus,vocational guidance being a new pattern of vocational education had been introduced into China and been expected to bring about significant impact.During this period,vocational guidance insisted the guiding principle of "people first",attached importance to establish professional institute for vocational guidance,paid attention to investigate the state of vocational and students’ individuality,adopted multiple implementation methods and had a far-reaching influence for social progress and educational development of China. |
