| 摘 要： | 纺织服装贸易涉及到商标、专利、版权等知识产权问题,特别是商标的正确使用以及商标纠纷的合理解决,直接涉及到商标使用企业和知识产权权利人双方合法权利的保护,关系到我国对内对外纺织服装贸易的健康发展。加强我国纺织服装企业对商标的保护,既有助于建立良性的市场竞争秩序,更有利于推动我国纺织品贸易的发展。
