| 摘 要： | 高职院校的思想政治教育涵盖了培养企业所需的职业素养的内容,因此,将高职学生必须适应的企业文化与学校的思想政治教育有机融合势在必行。通过对高职院校思想政治教育与企业文化融合的必要性、途径载体的研究,以期不断提升高职院校思想政治教育的实效性,进而为实现高职毕业生与企业的"零距离"对接奠定理论基础。

| Abstract: | The vocational college ideological and political education covers the cantent that develop the professional quality to meet the needs of com- panics, therefore, that the higher vocational students must adapt to the enterprise culture and the school＇s ideological and political education of organic integration is imperative. Through the study of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and the necessity of enterprise cul- ture fusion career, we hope to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and to achieve ＂zero dis- tance＂ of higher vocational graduates and enterprise docking lay a theoretical basis. |
